ERCUAL-A1 (SG-CUAL8): An iron-free copper-aluminum based bronze that provides good resistance to seawater corrosion and the most commonly-used acids in various concentration and temperatures. It is normally used as a surfacing metal for wear-resistant metal surfaces where high corrosion resistance is required. Perfect for joining welding of pure and austenitic steel sheet. Maintains good temperament flow and creates seamless welding line. Suggested for the joining welding of copper with steel, for example in shipbulding, chemical industry and automobile industry.Pulsed arc welding is recommended for multilayer on steel. Melting point:1030-1040.
